The nursing staff is a job with a sense of mission and value. Among them, I think the nursing staff's job is like an art, which needs patience, care, love, empathy, and gratitude. Contents include: making tea and preparing snacks, brushing and gargling utensils, distribution of three meals, assisting elder excretion, bathing and feeding as well as transposition or shift, etc. The diet emphasizes the eating habit of having a small amount of food and a large number of meals. Tea and snacks are individualized according to the preferences and health of the elderly. The elderly should be taken to wash their hands before meals to form a good hygienic habit. In addition, what is more, special is that before meals, all the senior citizens are led by staff to do oral health exercises to help them have oral health exercises. In addition to cleaning the body, the bathing part also has the habit of bathing. There are many kinds of bathing parts and the water temperature and the bathing time can be set. The design is quite humanized. It impressed me deeply to see the elderly looking drunk and comfortable. Not only that, but the bathing process will also examine the elderly skin condition, manicure, and shaving, this small sweet move, let me good touched! There is also the toilet., Although the elderly have diapers, every three hours, the staff will encourage the elderly to go to the toilet to urinate together in the hope of training them in the ability to urinate and defecate on their own. The staff here love and care for the elderly as much as they do for their families. In fact, the elderly are as simple, kind, and lovely as children. They are often given some confidence and encouragement to help them maintain their autonomy in daily life and prevent their physical functions from deteriorating with age. All these have been observed by me during my internship.I want to encourage myself: even if the language cannot communicate smoothly, try to use paper and pen, English, gestures, or other media, such as painting, dancing, to interact and communicate with the staff and the elderly. I still remember that I saw 26 elders at the beginning and needed to memorize their names. I was very anxious and uneasy in my heart. As I got along with each other day by day, I slowly remembered the faces, names, and personalities of each elder and cultivated good feelings and trust. Anything can be overcome with a will.Knowing the friendly and courteous staff members and the lovely senior citizens of the partner units who have come to Japan for long photo internship together; Seize the time to get along with partners, the opportunity to reach a consensus with staff, and the moment of accompanying the elderly; Cherish the fate of meeting people, the feelings of love, the time together; We are grateful to all the people in the schools and institutions who have done their duty to provide food, clothing, shelter, and transportation in life so that we can concentrate on an internship in the unit, always give tolerance and encouragement, and do our best to help solve problems in life. It is really good to have you.We will notice here (have the temperature of the care) in the heart, the future as a nurse practitioner will actually apply to patients, thank you for your advice and care these days, I love you ~(護四三乙 連0婷)
The service of the organization also has the warm taste of home. The environmental design and humanized care of the park, providing the hometown park-like home are the objects we can refer to. Thank the organization for giving us a learning place and arranging two days of rich pre-internship training courses so that we can have an understanding of the work process and arrange family-friendly meetings, visits outside the park, and summer festivals so that we can further experience Japanese culture. Arrange two days outside the organization training, take us to Kyoto-Shimizu temple, Kinkaku-Ji temple; Hikone -Lake Biwa Museum, Hikone Castle and Hikone Castle Museum, the locals took us to visit the customs and historical buildings here; Internship in the organization also allows us to experience the different working contents of the morning shift, the day shift, and the night shift. Each shift has something to learn ... For example, the morning shift needs help to clean the house, and the night shift needs help to sort out the dentures boxes so that the elderly can set their dentures at ease ... etc. I eat the same food here every day as the elders and experience what the elders here eat. For example, most of the institutions have a plate of staple food and a plate of cold plates… etc. What is most special is that most of their vegetables are cooked with the hot sauce without any seasoning. Most of the cold plates are cooked with vinegar. This is also a place where I am not used to, but I am getting used to it after eating for a long time. We also use our agencies to arrange our vacations to go to Nagoya, Osaka, and Kyoto to experience the different cultures and feelings of other cities in Japan. For example, we can experience wearing bathrobe in Kyoto, Kyoto-Brocade Market, Osaka-Kuromon Market, and Tennoji Ward The most popular stores in Japan and the place we visit every time we have a vacation are supermarkets. Supermarkets are a good place for us to replenish our daily necessities. All these experiences have added many colors to my trip to Japan and taught me how to learn about Japan's convenient transportation and interchange in unfamiliar places. (護四四甲 林0霈)
